If you are interested in live counselling via skype with an audio and video link you will need to down load Skype (www.skype.com) and have a microphone and speakers or headset and a web-cam. Skype is safe, secure and encrypted.

The first 30 minute session is free of charge; subsequent sessions must be prepaid at £15 for 30 minutes, £30 for an hour.
